Scenario-based learning will increase the learner's engagement and allows employees to fail and learn. The scenarios will build employees' confidence in how to handle customers' requests, leading to more satisfied customers and higher profits. Instead of relying on a LMS, the course is uploaded to Google Cloud where employees can access the course using a URL. Once the learner successfully completes the course, the employee will complete an embedded Google Form serving as a certificate of completion. The employee will list their name and email address, and the information will be retained in Google Sheet. This is the storyboard for a shortened version of the course with attention to company branding guidelines.
Results: After implementation, employees will practice the necessary social skills to handle customers. Employees will improve both their skills and confidence.
